Volumio Primo Plus | Premium Streamer and Network Player with DAC
The Primo Plus is Volumio's step-up streaming DAC, rebuilding the original Primo from the ground up around a dual-mono ESS DAC architecture for meaningfully cleaner detail and a wider dynamic range.
Two ES9039Q2M chips run in a fully dual-mono layout alongside an ultra-low-noise dual linear power supply and a high-precision clock rated at just 90fs of phase noise. Eight selectable DAC filters (plus a non-oversampling mode) let you shape the sound to taste, and a built-in volume control lets the Primo Plus drive a power amplifier directly without a separate preamp. USB-C, USB-A, optical, coaxial, Bluetooth, and full network streaming cover essentially any source.
