TAD Reference Monaural Power Amplifier
The M700 is TAD's flagship monaural power amplifier, built around a fully symmetrical, bridged-transformerless design for the cleanest possible signal path to a single channel.
Twin gigantic power transformers (2.8kVA combined) and four 33,000uF capacitors provide massive headroom, while a hand-matched pair of input FETs and a new DC servo circuit keep performance consistent unit to unit. A newly designed cast-aluminum monocoque chassis with height-adjustable spike feet suppresses vibration for a full-bodied, condensed sound.
