Melto1 is Lab12's entry point into dedicated phono preamplification, built to work with virtually any cartridge through a wide range of adjustable impedance and capacitance settings.

A switchable low-noise step-up stage feeds into MM and RIAA EQ stages built from four hand-matched NOS dual triodes, with Lab12's Fine Symmetry PCB topology and separate grounding paths for sensitive signal versus high-current circuits keeping noise and channel separation exceptional for the price.
