The R 1 is a compact, high-end 2-way stand-mount speaker with a speedy, detailed response, built to handle percussion and bass with a clean, natural feel that belies its size.

A non-parallel teardrop cabinet shape minimizes internal standing waves, and a narrow front baffle keeps diffraction distortion to a minimum. It's available in Signature and Arreté trims, the latter using the more sophisticated AMT tweeter and Freedom Grounding technology; specifications below are for the Arreté version.
